Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to help coordinate and manage several initiatives including recruiting, office management, scheduling and event planning:

  • Manage and coordinate office.
  • Schedule and assist with various tasks on behalf of executives
  • Plan and coordinate several events around the country such as dinners and networking events

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum work experience.
  • Ideal candidates are outgoing and able to think on their feet and manage a wide range of tasks
